2. What this notice covers
This notice explains how we process personal data and use cookies on this website in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Estonian law, including rules on electronic communications where they apply.
3. Data we process
3.1 Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the information you provide (typically name, email, phone if provided, and message). We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform advisory services.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to a contract) and/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating our firm). Where required, we may also rely on Article 6(1)(a) (consent).
Retention: generally for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow‑up, and thereafter in accordance with legal, tax and professional obligations (often up to several years for business correspondence).
3.2 Technical operation and security
Our servers and infrastructure may process limited technical data (e.g. IP address, date/time, browser type, requested URL) in logs for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation).
3.3 Analytics (optional)
If you accept non‑essential cookies, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location at region/city level). We do not use this to identify you as an individual.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), given via the cookie banner.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited (EU). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, Google relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. See Google’s documentation for details.
3.4 Advertising and social media (future)
We may add tags for advertising or social media measurement. Such tools will only be activated if you have given consent that covers those purposes. Until then, consent defaults remain denied for advertising and analytics storage under Google’s consent mode.

We use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics) who process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
7. Supervisory authority
